A meeting beyond the ordinary

On Monday I made a morning tour in the woods as usual, saw some Capercaillie and two moose. Continued on small winding forest roads, so suddenly I saw someone walking on the road towards me. I stopped at the side of the road studying the animal, I do not believe it’s true. I got some pictures before I drove on again. Unable to stop thinking about whether it really was for real I continued to Grimsö (where they are studying our carnivores) to try to get an answer. They where pretty sure that it was wolf I’ve seen.

I have spent so many thousands of miles on small dirt roads without seeing anything like this, until now 😉

Oh how wonderful, how I envy you! All I have is a seagull, while you roam with Moose, Capercaillie and Wolf!
